Important Dates

Now accepting ENTRIES

Deposits and reservations open for RV Hookups, Stalls, Practice Times, and Vendor Spaces. Priority and location requests are first come, first served. 

Deadline for Early Bird ENTRIES.

Those who qualify will receive 5 extra points in each division added to the judges' total combined score. All forms, waivers, and fees must be received by the 20th in order to qualify

The last day to submit ENTRIES without a Late Fee. A late fee of $25 will be applied to any applications received after this date 

 Last call for all T-SHIRT orders. This date is a HARD CUTOFF. There may be a small number of shirts for sale on site in limited sizes. 

Last call for all VENDORS and SPONSORS. Please make sure all logos and products are turned in to the event organizers by this date

 Last call for all ENTRY FORMS.

No submissions will be accepted beyond this date.

STALL and PARKING assignment maps will be posted on the webpage and on Facebook.

Official EVENT SCHEDULE will be posted below

• 10a - Grounds will open for unloading
• 10a-12p - All arenas CLOSED for maintenance
• 12p-10p - Arenas open for Scheduled Practice Times
• 10p - All arenas CLOSED until 

• 8a - Warm up arenas OPEN
• 30 min before 1st ride - Coaches meeting by the announcer's booth
•  9a - Vendors and Concessions will open. Auction and Raffle will also begin.
• 30 min after last ride - Silent auction CLOSES. Gather in the arena for AWARDS

• 12a-12p - All arenas are CLOSED
• 11a - All attendees must be OFF the premises
